Hoven Farms… Now with Bison!

Hoven Farms is now selling fresh cut bison at the Kingsland Farmers Market. We are just starting with a few cuts (ground bison, rib eye steaks, sirloins teaks, round roasts) but as we move closer to summer, we will be adding more and more items. Are there any cuts that you want?

A good day today. Lots of visits to the ilovealbertafarmers.com website since Sunday. The exciting part is how the idea is spreading. The vast majority of visits are from Calgary, then other parts of Alberta. We even had a few visitors from Europe. Quite a few vendor registrations through the website.  The neat thing is [...]
