Hoven Farms does not use XL Meats for it’s processing. Our beef comes from two smaller local processors – YB Meats in Penhold and Canadian Premium Meats in Lacombe.
I was at the market in the AM and the got home by 2:30 to bale until the sun set. All in all, a good Saturday.

Walking fences because my quad died….
People have been asking about how we finish our grass finished beef. This video shows it all. Nothin’ but grass folks, nothing but grass.
