I got sick last week.  Nothing serious but I had to stop exercising and I probably ate too much. I haven’t stepped on the scale since Sunday. We’ll see what tomorrow brings!

Weight Loss Update: Day 4

So I hit 200.2 by day 4.  1/lb per day lost. Not too bad. I am continuing to eat lots of beef, salads and veggies.  Lori even cooked my a special dessert with no sugar the other night – an apple crisp with blueberries and an almond crust covered with cream.  It was great! Onwards to victory!
