I started living a Paleo / Primal life two months ago. What that means is that I am not eating a diet similar to Paleolithic man – meat, fruits, veggies, berries, nuts, etc. The single biggest change is no grains – no bread, pasta, pizza, nacho chips…. oh, the list can go on.
But I feel better than I have in years.
In fact, I feel great.

There’s more to poultry than chicken of course (more on that another time), but make no mistake: chickens these days aren’t created equal. Breeding, feeding and other poultry farming standards result in animals that scarcely resemble each other, let alone taste the same.
