I have been researching local food sources around here, and we are still getting familiar with the area to determine what is local, and what is 3 hours away and therefore not prudent. Still looking for some organic beef farmers!

We moved from St. Louis, MO to Phoenix, AZ this summer. It is finally starting to cool off a little – like into the 80s!! Funny how we acclimatize quickly – the kids are claiming it is freezing!
The one way it reminds me of home-home (Edmonton) is that there is no humidity, so that means living with the windows open! Even sleeping! Haven’t done that in years!! The fresh air is just so….refreshing!
