Maybe and maybe not….
We try to eat organically as much as possible. The biggest barrier for us is cost. When feeding 9 people, the food in the fridge disappears very quickly.
We do not eat organically only for the health benefits, but also for the other benefits – keeping our food dollars local, supporting the environmental practices of organic farming. I think the big thing is taste – we find organic food tastes better. Oranges taste more orangy, apples taste more applely.
